Pieria is one of the fifty counties of Greece and it is located in the southern section of Macedonia.

The capital of Pieria county is the city of Katerini, a modern city whose habitants are known for their great business and touristic interest and mostly their high life quality.

There are many locations of archeological interest in Pieria, such as the ancient village of Dion, dedicated to Zeus with its known ancient theatre, Pidna, Paliampela of Kolindros,  Platamonas with its great castle and many others, while we should also point out that the area of Pieria is the homeland of Orpheus and the Mouses.

It is certain that the strongest advantage of Pieria is the worldwide known through Greek mythology mountain of Olympus, the highest mountain of Greece and the home of the Greek gods, what makes Pieria stand out compared with other touristic destinations.

As to the sea, the beach is spacious, there are no natural ports and every year, during the summer months and even most of the year the beaches of the county are overwhelmed by Greek and foreign tourists.

The main beaches are Paralia Katerinis, Neoi Poroi, Methoni beach, Platamonas beach, Skotina beach, Varikos beach, Gritsa Litochorou, Katerinoskala beach or Olympic Bay. Almost all of them have gained the much desired blue flags.

It is very important to mention that the airport of Thessaloniki "Macedonia(SKG)" is the nearest airport within a distance of 80 Kilometers or about an hour from the city of Katerini and of course the headquarters of TiDental.

Access through Athens or Thessaloniki is directly and efficiently serviced by all, organized and not, earthly means of transportation (bus, train, car).
